Ce vitrail est incorporé à la partie supérieure d’une vitrerie à bornes.
En 2010, suite à des travaux de restauration de la salle du Conseil d’Etat, des verres isolants sont posés aux fenêtres et l’ensemble des vitraux sont enlevés et déposés dans un local d’archives.
