    Au sommet, dans un trilobe, on trouve la Basilique Saint-Pierre de Rome. Sur la lancette de gauche, saint Louis de Gonzague, de dos, communie. L’évêque tient l’hostie. Sur la lancette de droite, saint Louis s’avance sous la protection de son ange gardien.
