    Description

    Die als Anhänger montierten hochovalen, geschliffenen Glasplättchen zeigen auf einer Seite Maria mit der Dornenkrone und den Nägeln der Kreuzigung Christi, auf der anderen die Büste des hl. Petrus mit dem krähenden Hahn nach seiner Verleugnung Jesu. Die hintermalten Glasplättchen werden durch einen mit weissem und rotem Email verzierten Gold(?)-Reifen zusammengefasst.
    Glas geschliffen, nur wenige und sehr kleine kugelige Gasbläschen; keine Ascherückstände; Ränder gekröselt.

    Die Herkunft der Malerei muss nicht mit jener der Fassung übereinstimmen, wie andere Beispiele ähnlicher Art belegen (Muller 1972). Vergleichbare Anhänger werden noch heute zur Frauentracht Altkastiliens getragen.
