Die fünf in Blankglas gefassten Scheibenfragmente stammen aus unterschiedlichen Scheiben und stellen einen Bauern mit Pferdewagen (zwei Stücke), einen Landschaftshintergrund, ein Helmstück sowie einen thronenden Mann vor einer besiedelten Flusslandschaft dar.

Research

Die zusammengefügten Fragmente sind alle Flickstücke von aus der Kirche in Hasle bei Burgdorf stammenden Scheiben, die im 16. und 17. Jahrhundert entstanden (Jahresbericht BHM Bern 1916). Die unbekannte Szene mit dem vor einer Flusslandschaft unter einem Baum sitzenden Mann dürfte aus einer Scheibe herrühren, die Hans Ulrich I. oder II. Fisch in Aarau geschaffen hat.
