    Vor einer Landschaftskulisse präsentieren zwei auf ihren Hinterläufen stehende Löwen, die den Kopf mit den bleckenden Zähnen dem Betrachter zuwenden, das ovale, rollwerkgerahmte Vollwappen des Stifters. Eine breitovale Rollwerkkartusche nimmt unten die Stifterinschrift mit der Datierung auf.

    Hans Emmanuel Von der Weid war ein Sohn Hans Peter Von der Weids (vgl. FR_15). Am 22.2.1691 geboren, kam er 1721 aus dem Auquartier in den Grossen Rat und 1729 in den Rat der Sechzig. Er diente seiner Vaterstadt 1734–1739 als Vogt von Chenaux-Estavayer, 1739–1744 als Vogt von Romont und 1747/48 als Bauherr. Hans Emmanuel Von der Weid war mit Maria Magdalena Castella verheiratet. Er starb am 8.4.1748.
    Die Scheibe, die mit ihren schlanken bleckenden Löwen als ein typisches Werk Leontius Buchers gelten kann, ist zu einem unbestimmten Zeitpunkt oben und seitlich beschnitten worden.
