Die Schliffscheibe ist in mit drei weiteren Schliffscheiben sowie einer farbigen neuzeitlichen Wappenscheibe in ein Butzenfenster eingebaut.

Research

Im Jahr 1717 stifteten die Kartause Ittingen (TG_1738), der dortige Kellermeister Hans Ulrich Senn (TG_1736) sowie der Kammerdiener Hans Jakob Sigwart (TG_1737) drei runde Schliffscheiben.
In demselben Jahr stiftete auch der Prior Ittingens, Anthelmus Entlin eine Wappenscheibe (TG_69). Da diese viel grösser, farbig und prachtvoller ist, war sie wohl nicht für denselben Ort bestimmt.
